Eligibility and process of registration

  • Applicant's age should be between 18-60 years.
  • The applicant should have completed at least 90 days of work in a year as a construction worker.

Required records

  • Registration fee is Rs 20/- and to maintain membership Rs 20/- per year or Rs 60/- is to be deposited as contribution for 3 years.
  • 01 passport size photograph is mandatory.
  • Self attested copy of Aadhaar card is mandatory.
  • A copy of the Self-Declaration letter is mandatory.
  • A copy of Employment Certificate
  • Self attested copy of Bank passbook

  • Online applications can be made through Jan Suvidha Kendras / Lokvani Kendras / Board's portal.
